There does not seem to be any indication that the underlying work "Adelita's Misfortune" itself is free. Dylsss(talk contribs) 20:31, 10 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

It's current use on a section of article Yao Beina fails acceptable standards at WP:Non-free content. The deceased subject had already a main infobox photo of her. This image in question was captioned: When singing "The Spring River" on New Year's Eve Gala of 2011, she combined Tibetan folk style with rock to sing this Chinese folk song, finishing with a G5 note that lasted 7.7 seconds. I cannot see how the non-free image's inclusion in the section and its caption influence my understanding on her music/singing styles. This is much better represented by an actual non-free music sample, than a still image of a copyrighted video that has failed to convey its intended meaning. • Delete per nom. This photo doesn't significantly contribute to the reader's understanding. An audio sample might be worth including instead. —Mx. Granger (talk · contribs) 08:35, 11 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
