Rationale states "Main infobox", however it is used in a secondary infobox in the article of the soundtrack's film, and thus is not primary identification. Per WP:NFCCP, number 8 "Non-free content is used only if its presence would significantly increase readers' understanding of the article topic, and its omission would be detrimental to that understanding." I mean, it's from the Library of Congress, and they say the rights were donated to them by the Ben May Charitable Trust (whoever they are).

The link to that LoC page is in the file description (twice), and "Library of Congress says 'Rights Advisory: No known restrictions on publication' on the source webpage" is also in the file description (taken from that webpage). And no freedom of panorama is claimed. So don't forget to check those links in the file description before nominating!

EDIT: Jimminy H Crickets. Apparently File:Elvis Presley statue at the B.B. King Elvis Presley Welcome Center.jpg, and maybe other files, have been deleted (I'll have to check). I don't know the what the original file description said` because I mean it's been deleted. So I don't know if this was also donated, or what. It was on Commons, which typically deletes files with no discussion or (I think) checking. Since it was done on Commons I wasn't notified. At any rate, I think it's probably fair use, because trying to describe statues without using pictures seriously degrades the ability of the reader to understand the subject. If it was, I would have uploaded it here and not Commons, but it was moved to Commons. I suppose I forgot to set the flag not to do that, so that's on me. But still. I think it might be better to export this image to Commons (not possible while it's at FfD) where it can join the others at c:Category:Photographs by Carol M. Highsmith, because WP:NFLISTS seems to disapprove of using non-free images in lists and List of memorials to Elvis Presley is the only place where this image is used. It may not still be in the clear on Commons, though, because c:Template:PD-Highsmith says the following: Carol M. Highsmith has stipulated that her photographs are in the public domain. Photographs of sculpture or other works of art may be restricted by the copyright of the artist. File:Elvis Presley statue at the B.B. King Elvis Presley Welcome Center.jpg was of a different statue.
