- I trust that Delphi is non-free. —TheDJ (talk • contribs) 00:13, 29 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete I can find nothing which states that Delphi 7 is free. The claim of the uploader is a reasonable misunderstanding, but still, the image has to go as other, better quality images with FURs exist for this product. — BQZip01 — talk 05:39, 29 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- This is not image of Delphi. This is image of OpenWire in Delphi. OpenWire is free open source library and the image is captured by me. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Bmitov (talk • contribs) 07:11, 29 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- "in Delphi"... that is the problem. it's not JUST openwire. It is openwire in Delphi. —TheDJ (talk • contribs) 14:57, 29 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Is it possible to cut out the parts that are Delphi? As in is this a plug in where the view is drastically changed from the normal Delphi? — BQZip01 — talk 20:22, 29 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the discussion was: delete. The other files weren't nominated for deletion nor tagged, so those won't be touched in this nomination. — ξxplicit 20:31, 12 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- This image is possibly non-free since the artist Janet Zweig is still alive. Until then, doesn't the copyright of image rest with the artist? - I agree that this is suspicious, but a quick search didn't find this photo in the same or higher resolution elsewhere. It does appear at [1], though in a lower resolution. However, unless the uploader can provide some evidence of authorship, I think we should play it safe and delete this image—we have a free photo of Justin Tranter already on the Commons (commons:File:Justin Tranter 2009 Tribeca portrait.jpg). —Bkell (talk) 12:45, 29 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

- Tagged {{Attribution}}, but from the quoted e-mail it is not clear that the copyright holder has indeed released this image to be used for any purpose—the e-mail refers only to use in a specific Wikipedia article. —Bkell (talk) 12:36, 29 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep Is the subject of an article in WP and its absence would be detrimental to the article. A proper FUR needs to be added and labeled as copyrighted. I would recommend that the uploader contact the owner of the work for an acceptable license. If no one fixes this in a few days, let me know on my talk page and I'll fix it. — BQZip01 — talk 20:17, 29 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

- Image summary states it was taken by someone other than the uploader (who uses his name on other uploads). Camera metadata doesn't match other PD-self contribs from this user. User has history of uploading copyright violations and claiming them as his own work. (ESkog)(Talk) 18:52, 29 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete Most recent/new images are generally copyrighted unless otherwise proven. As the uploader clearly isn't the person who took the photo (and doesn't claim to be so), he doesn't have the right to give away this image. As the image is purely decorative, it needs to go. A FUR even with a copyright notice would not save this image. — BQZip01 — talk 20:20, 29 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
