The result of the debate was: Wrong forum. The file is on Commons. Please nominate it for deletion there if you feel it is non-free. AnomieBOT⚡ 03:26, 20 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- It seems really unlikely that someone backstage at Music Station would post this picture on commons, I suspect it's from a copyrighted source. --Prosperosity (talk) 03:18, 20 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

- Improbable authorship claims. Tineye finds 63 matches for this image all around the web. —LX (talk, contribs) 17:21, 20 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Hey I created that image from a stock photo I did not mean to imply that I took the photo it was just given to me as a free stock photo. I if that is not allowed go ahead and delete the file, but i was under the assumption that because I change stock photo that it is then a new image that i could freely use.TucsonDavid (talk) 20:09, 20 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Yet you decided to upload another copy of it to Commons after being notified of this discussion? Where did you find this stock photo, and what were its licensing terms? Making modifications to a copyrighted photo does not "liberate" it from the original copyright holder. —LX (talk, contribs) 22:57, 20 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I uploaded that second file while trying to fixed the problem with the 1st file. I was given the image from some one I know because I was originally trying to create an article on the presidential limousine to which one was already created so mine got redirected I was told that because it was a image of a government vehicle and that I modified it that it would have no copyright problems I think that it could also be used as fair-use. as for blanking the page I was a little confused because the instructions where not that clear on how to change the permissions or fixed the problem with the image. But so there to make everyone happy I have requested that the page be deleted.TucsonDavid (talk) 14:48, 22 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
