Sounds like a duck quacking into a megaphone to me - making the exact sort of edits MrDavr engaged in (MrDavr: [1] HiLux duck: [2] as one of many examples). (Also note the userpage which states the user has been on Wikipedia since 2019...) Already blocked as the most obvious of ducks.
