Not a violation of the username policy. Real names are permitted except when they imply that the editor is a specific living person they are not. Consider filing a report at the conflict of interest noticeboard. It looks like the user confused creating an article with creating an account. If they are the named person, the username is fine(though a bit odd with the parenthetical part). Reason: Persistent vandalism by user using multiple different IP's. Has some type of fixation on the phrase "B57" and repeatedly replaces it with nonsensical phrases like "Sch-b570 sch-b640 sch-w810" across multiple articles, but mostly on BMW B57.
