Delete. The image is copyright, though the information in it is not. It is possible to modify/redraw diagrams from Brassey's Naval Annual to show the correct armour thicknesses. Delete There is already the {{BarnSakura Award}} and the {{BarnLoli Award}} for anime and manga related subjects which are better design. Besides, there is absolutely no need for a third anime/manga barnstar award. And based on the description of the image, this is likely tomfoolery by the Something Awful crowd that have been causing trouble over the last month. Comment - if copyright clearance is not added soon by the creator or via OTRS, this image must be treated under WP:FAIRUSE rules, which would preclude its use anywhere other than in a related article, with appropriate commentary. Maybe if the New York Times did an article on the Wikipedia Anime_barnstar.png controversy we would have grounds for fair use. Personally, I think it is an ugly image. And as I've and others from the anime and manga wikiproject have stated, there is no reason to have a third "anime barnstar". Reply to Farix: ~~It's a moot point now, but~~ if this image were freely licensed and not otherwise unsuitable, there is no reason not to allow its use as a personal award.
