The file is a Singaporean government population planning poster used on Population planning in Singapore. However, File:One Two and That's Ideal .jpg is also used on that page with essentially the same context. The file therefore violates WP:NFCC#1, and should be deleted. 廣九直通車 (talk) 04:27, 2 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
