Uploader claims to own the work, but it consists of three completely different works in different mediums. It is doubtful that the uploader created all three images rather than just compiling them. IagoQnsi (talk) 00:07, 10 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

File:Chic - Soup For One.ogg (delete | talk | history | links | logs) – uploaded by Dreamer.se (notify | contribs | uploads | upload log).

(Original rationale for PROD) "Sample used in form of an inline. Insufficiently supported by critical commentary, or easily conveyed in text. Snippet not contextually significant to Soup for One (soundtrack) and Soup for One (song) as wholes." I recently removed the sample from the soundtrack album. I just found out a bot previously tagged it for deletion in 2008. George Ho (talk) 01:35, 10 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

File:Drug Dog Epik 2019.ogv (delete | talk | history | links | logs) – uploaded by OpticalBloom241 (notify | contribs | uploads | upload log).
This file was uploaded as non-free content for use in Issues relating to the use of drug detection dogs in New South Wales#Allegations of Fraudulent Conduct Involving Police Dog Handlers, but I don't believe it can be accepted as such per WP:NFCC#4 and WP:NFCC#8.
This file is sourced to Reddit which seems to be primarily a site for hosting user-generated content. Reddit is not really considered to be a reliable source for Wikipedia's purposes as explained in WP:RSPREDDIT, but in this case I don't believe it should be considered a reliable source for video content per WP:NFC#Meeting the previous publication criterion as well (see also c:COM:PRS#Forums and blogs for some additional information on the reliablilty of such sites when it comes to copyright). I first asked about this at WT:NFCC#NFCC#4 and Reddit videos to see how such content might be treated per WP:NFCC and the one response received seem to indicate that there were issues with the video's sourcing. If this video was uploaded to someone's personal website or official social media account and that person was claiming copyright ownership over it, then perhaps that would be seen as meeting NFCC#4. However, being uploaded to an online forum by an account that has subsequently been deleted and may even had been "anonymous" means that's there's no real way to verify the true provenance of the video or whether it was really published with the consent of its copyright holder.
There are also NFCC#8, WP:IMAGEOR and WP:UNDUE issues as well in that the video is being used as a representative example of these types of searches, but there's no sourced critical commentary about this particular video anywhere in the relevant section of the article that shows the video was being treated as such by reliable sources. The file's non-free use rationale states "The file shows one such alleged incident taking place" and that it "features footage of a spontaneous event", but all of these are original interpretations of the video without any real context other than what is posted on an online forum. All non-free content needs to satisfy all ten WP:NFCCP per WP:JUSTONE and this one has issues with NFCC#4 and NFCC#8 that mean (at least in my opinion) that it probably can't be kept. -- Marchjuly (talk) 02:58, 10 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

File:Shame by Evelyn Champagne King US 12-inch vinyl.png (delete | talk | history | links | logs) – uploaded by George Ho (notify | contribs | uploads | upload log).

Uploaded side-A label portion of US 12-inch single as non-free. Just now, I uploaded labels of Australian 7-inch single and of UK 12-inch single as "public domain" in Commons due to unoriginal elements and being out-of-copyright in their respective regions. As I figured just now, I guess the US label may be replaceable by the two, making home region no longer relevant, as I'm reluctantly afraid. This also puts the US label's contextual significance into question. But I can stand corrected. George Ho (talk) 10:46, 10 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

File:Confederate battle flag painting by George Zimmerman.png (delete | talk | history | links | logs) – uploaded by George Ho (notify | contribs | uploads | upload log).

I uploaded George Zimmerman's derivative paintings of an American flag and a Confederate flag, thinking that displaying them would help readers understand him as an artist. However, I'm unsure whether these are contextually significant to the understanding about him, and I'm unsure which painting(s) to keep or delete. No objections to deleting them both if no one objects and if failure to comply with NFCC is implied. George Ho (talk) 23:56, 10 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I'm inclined to keep at one of them but not both—probably the Confederate Flag one, which seems to me to contain more information about precisely what Zimmerman is trying to say as an artist. El Sandifer (talk) 01:03, 15 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I agree that the paintings help the reader to understand Zimmerman’s intentions as an artist. I feel that the political motivation behind these artworks are relevant to his prior charges in his murder case. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 137.99.143.61 (talk) 17:24, 15 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
